My journey with the Wim Hof Method began in 2020 when I was in a bookstore and I discovered the first book by chance.
On the back of the book, it was written that everything was scientifically proven, so I decided to buy it.
The next morning, I tried the breathing exercises, followed shortly by cold showers.
I FELT THE POWER, and I kept practicing day by day.
In 2024, I became a Wim Hof Certified Instructor and I am here to reveal the personal potential that lies within each of us.
