Hi there! I am currently living and teaching between London and Kilifi, Kenya.  I am passionate about the health benefits and connection to nature I get from the Wim Hof Method. As well as being a certified Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor, I am also a Mental Resilience Trainer, Somatic Yoga Teacher, Multi Style Breathwork facilitator, Nutritional Health Coach, women's circle facilitator and the founder of Kisima Festival  in Kenya.
