As I peeled away my layers of self-doubt and people pleasant step by step and the paralyzing fear, I discovered deeply my inner perception.
When people come together and create something magical hand in hand, step by step, with love, patience, compassion and conviction, then you are able to reconnect with your inner self.
The mission for me as a certified WHM Instructor is about helping to unlock your full potential through the power of conscious breathwork, graduate cold exposure and mindset. Regarding my experience, I'm dedicated to guiding you on your own journey towards better physical, mental well-being and mind-body connection. Through the Wim Hof Method, you'll learn what your body is capable to do, boost your immune system and find inner strength.

I feel deeply connected to the Wim Hof Method and its principles, it is a combination of breathing exercises, cold exposure, and meditation that Wim Hof himself developed and has nowadays a lot of very interesting and breakthrough scientific proves. It's aimed at improving physical and mental health, promoting well-being, and helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves in applying the three pillars of the WHM in my daily life I found my inner balance as well as my innate capacity of handle my daily life and found a deep connection to myself.
I have experienced weekends with Wim himself as well as workshops and expeditions. Learning a lot about my own body and self awareness to be able to share with you.
Living with my family, three children, dogs and cats in Meerbusch – Düsseldorf in Germany, a city on the countryside of Nord-Rhine-Westfalia where you are able to connect to nature in 1:1 sessions, Fundamental Workshops and Weekend Retreats.
I am humbled to be able to bring this method to you and to help you to find your innate capacity of becoming happy, strong & healthy. People growth and connected to each other, speak deeply from their hearts. It is such a beautiful thing to experience.

Atmen ist nicht nur eine biologische Funktion, sondern ein wertvolles Geschenk, das uns dabei hilft, uns mit der Essenz des Lebens zu verbinden. Es ermöglicht uns, intensiver zu leben, tiefere Liebe zu erfahren und die täglichen Wunder zu geniessen. Auf meiner eigene Reise habe ich Schicht für Schicht an Selbstzweifeln, Ängsten und Unsicherheiten abgelegt, um meine innere Wahrnehmung zu vertiefen. Wenn Menschen sich Hand in Hand vereinen, mit Liebe, Geduld, Mitgefühl und Überzeugung, entsteht etwas Magisches. In diesen Momenten können wir uns wieder mit unserem inneren Selbst verbinden.
Als zertifizierter WHM-Instruktor ist es meine Herzensmission, Dir zu helfen, Dein volles Potenzial durch bewusste Atemarbeit, Kälteexposition und einer positiven Denkweise zu entfalten. Durch meine eigenen Erfahrungen möchte ich Dich auf Deinem Weg zu verbessertem körperlichem und geistigem Wohlbefinden begleiten, um eine tiefere Verbindung zwischen Geist und Körper herzustellen.
Die Wim-Hof-Methode ist für mich mehr als eine Technik – sie ist eine liebevolle Kombination aus Atemübungen, Kälteexposition und Meditation, die nicht nur von Wim Hof selbst entwickelt wurde, sondern auch durch zahlreiche wissenschaftliche Studien belegt wird. Diese Methode zielt darauf ab, physische und mentale Gesundheit zu fördern und jedem Einzelnen zu helfen, sich wieder mit seinem inneren Selbst zu verbinden.
In meinem täglichen Leben integriere ich die drei Säulen der Methode, um mein inneres Gleichgewicht zu finden. In Workshops, Retreats und persönlichen Sitzungen teile ich gerne meine Erkenntnisse über das Verständnis des eigenen Körpers und der Selbstwahrnehmung.
Zusammen mit meiner Familie lebe ich in Meerbusch – Düsseldorf, einer Stadt auf dem Land in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Hier hast Du die Möglichkeit, Dich in persönlichen Sitzungen, Grundlagen-Workshops und Wochenend-Retreats mit der Natur zu verbinden.
Es ist mir eine große Freude, Dir diese transformative Methode anzubieten und Dich dabei zu unterstützen, Deine angeborene Fähigkeit zu entdecken, glücklich, stark und gesund zu werden.
