I am so super excited to share with you all the powerfulness of the WHM. This method has given me so much and enabled me to grow as a person, finding comfort in the discomfort. 

We are all beautiful souls on our own jouney. Together we can connect and share such fun and abundant energy. 

Having just come back from the Masters Modules in Poland, I feel such a sense of gratitute for the method and all those I met. 

In my past, I have suffered with childhood trauma and found it so difficult to feel emotion and let others in. My wall of protection was so high it would keep an army out. I was scared inside and felt I didnt belong. I never felt enough and strived to constantly do more to be 'good enough'. I pushed away all the darkness yet it kept creeping back in.

I have been fortunate to engage in therapy and stumble across the WHM. The breath has allowed me to let go and grow, its so powerful and really is my life force. 'The cold is a teacher' - it has certainly taught me lots about myself and brings me back to the present moment.
