During my thirty seven year long career in the army I have enjoyed the discipline and physical challenges posed there. Alongside this, I am a proud father and grandfather who has endeavoured to pass on my passion for and enjoyment of the outdoors to my family.  

My journey with the Wim Hof Method began five years ago. I was initially interested in the physical challenges the method posed but that soon paled into insignificance as I discovered the benefits it brought to my emotional and physical health. Over time it has allowed me process unwanted emotional baggage while energising me to face all the challenges life offer. 

If you choose to join me for the first step of your journey, you will be guided and supported as you experience the Wim Hof Method. I will welcome you to my purpose built workspace and share the same commitment and connection I have with my family as I lead you through your workshop.
