I started practicing WHM in 2018, and brecome an instructor in 2019. Since that time I conducted multiple fundamental workshops. 
I am also a practicing medical doctor with a doctorate degree. The thesis I defended was about ice baths, mental health and immunity. I am very interested in WHM, I am an author of scientific papers regarding it. Right now, preparing a new article:)

Few days ago, I become a father, which makes me feel grateful and proud:)

I become an instructor because I want to spread the news about the WHM. Methods which bring health and control to the people, which allows to find health by one-self, is true medicine. The paradigm shift that it brings along is something that I want to be part of.
