My journey with the Wim Hof Method began as a personal transformation. Originally driven by high athletic ambitions, I spent my early years playing football, tennis, and ice hockey, with a determined focus on becoming a professional hockey player. As captain of Italy's junior national teams, I lived intensely for performance and competition. But at 23, my life took an unexpected turn. A severe concussion and the mounting stress from family and financial challenges led me to burnout, depression, and to the most difficult time of my life, forcing me to step back from my lifelong dream.
In the midst of these difficulties, I discovered the Wim Hof Method. Its breathwork, mindset training, and cold exposure became essential tools in my recovery, allowing me to stop taking medication and reclaim my energy, health and clarity. With this renewed strength, I was able to establish multiple businesses, including two hotels, a restaurant, and a startup dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
The profound impact of the Wim Hof Method inspired me to become a certified WHM Instructor, with a mission to help others unlock their potential while staying balanced and calm. I’m especially passionate about working with athletes and business professionals aiming to elevate their performance while embracing a more balanced, peaceful approach to life. At the same time, I’m inspired to help anyone explore the profound potential on healing from hardships and everyday challanges.
Alongside my work as an entrepreneur, I now lead WHM retreats and workshops, combining breathwork, cold exposure, and powerful mindset practices. Whether at Lake Caldaro’s serene shores or the scenic spots around our historic Leuchtenburg Pension in the beatiful Alps near the Dolomites, my goal is to create experiences that inspire others to break through personal barriers and tap into their inner strength.
