Daytimes I’m an entrepreneur in the IT-Staffing industry with a great business and an amazing team. Living a great life to me is a holistic approach and means growing and trying to achieve mastery in the most important pillars.

The Wim Hof Method really caught me in my wandering how to be become a master of my own health and energy. For years I felt that my own health was ok, but not amazing, often times not even that.

Through breathing and cold exposure, I could go to another level of my own body and mind and influence my immune system in a controlled manner.

Now it is my passion to spread this knowledge and experience with as many people as possible.
