Jason is a Wim Hof Method Level II Instructor, 500hr RYT in power vinyasa, yoga nidra & kundalini, as well as a F.I.R.E Walking Instructor and has worked in logistics for the NAVY for over 15 years. He is Animal Flow certified and prioritizes movement training in his workouts to promote full mobility and strength. Jason has found a deeper connection with his mind and body through the WHM method, as a way to stay healthy, control anxiety and overcome personal challenges. He is excited to share how the benefits of a strong breath practice and cold exposure, combine with a focused mindset help to improve immunity, decrease inflammation, strengthen circulatory system as well as increase energy and focus! He started his company, Ignite Sadhana, in 2020 with a mission to bring health, wellness and happiness through multiple modalities, to as many people as possible. We need this now more than ever! He travels with Ignite to offer day and weekend workshops as well as week-long retreats all over the world. He has helped lead Wim Hof's Expeditions in both Poland & Spain.
