I qualified as an instrustor in April 2024 after having practiced the method for several years myself. The method has brought me so many benefits in my personal life and I can't wait to introduce others to it! My journey into discovering the Wim Hof Method started when I struggled with tiredness after returning to work after treatment for blood cancer.
Connection with nature and the land is very important for me, and I aim to integrate this into my teaching style.
My professional background is medicine; I work as a GP for the NHS. I am also a researcher and teach at one of the medical schools in Scotland.
I am looking forward to welcoming you with open arms in one of my workshops!
