Body

I am a physiotherapist trained in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for 15 years, focusing on Sports Injury and Rehab, with Master Degree in Musculoskeletal Medicine in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Doctor of Physical Therapy and Osteopath.

Mind

My second Master Degree is Buddhist Counselling with special interest in Loving kindness meditation in the University of Hong Kong.

Mind Body Integration is what we need. My clinic is equipped with Cold Bath, Infra Red Motion Analysis, 3D scan. All these collaborate together to achieve this goal. "Let this world be free Free from Pain" is my motto.

莊子治療痛症的經驗十五載，曾幫助多位跑手、三項鐵人解決痛症，對跑步醫學、單車醫學、生物力學都有濃厚興趣和豐富經驗。
他於2014年中文大學醫學院碩士研究中使用[生物力學實驗室]研究膝關節痛症的原因。
他熱衷脊椎醫學、跑步醫學研究、更遠赴美國Johns Hopkins 醫院跟從「哈佛大學教授」進修多項下肢痛症知識。
近年更引進[紅外線跑步分析]幫助大眾跑手找出痛症原因，解決跑步傷患。
他曾是多個足球隊、三鐵隊、單車隊醫及
現役港隊足毽隊的隊醫。

今日莊子博士的新診所，已經由以往的「後期治療」伸延到
「關節醫學預防中心」
診所配備由歐美引入的先進儀器，精準檢測。包括
1）紅外線跑步分析
2）3D 脊椎側彎+體脂檢測儀
3）多個國際NBA 球隊都用的 WattBike 功率檢測系統
4）仲有6部RF 熱射頻、衝擊波、干擾波先進治療儀器

最近更添置了冷凍浴療法。為全港唯一擁有Wim Hof Instructor 認證的物理治療師。
