Hey, and welcome to my instructor profile :) A little bit about me.

My philosophy

Life is full of challenges. And we can’t change that. But challenges make us grow.

They make us go forward.

I believe that everything we need is already inside of us. But often we have the tendency to limit ourselves by our (negative) thinking or our dependence on comfort. Luckily we can do something about that. By stepping out of what we know, we discover new ways of doing.

I feel it is my mission to (re)connect people to their innate strength and wisdom, so that they can create the life they want and enjoy. Whether it’s about health or happiness, I believe that when you get know yourself better, everything is possible.

My story

Fascinated by people and stories, I studied communication science, psychology and philosophy. This led to career in business communication. After ten years I decided to make a change, and started a business in training and coaching. At this time I also came across Wim and his method. Now, almost another ten years later, I am proud to be certified as a Level 3 WHM Instructor who has taught all over the world - to more than 1000 people of more than 15 nationalities in over 10 different countries. In daily life I am an entrepreneur and I work as a coach and trainer for individuals and groups.

My workshops

I follow Wim’s saying ‘feeling is understanding’. Learning through experience. At my workshops you can expect a safe space - emotional and physical - to go through your own individual challenge. Expect a warm, welcome, and inclusive atmosphere where you can (re)connect with yourself while connecting with others. We'll build connection and teamspirit and go home as one tribe. Enriched en fulfilled.
