Myself has been practicing Yoga and Meditation since year 2000 and become a Yoga Teacher 2011. I am one of the owners of Coastal Yoga Sweden AB that has two yoga studios on the Swedish west coast as well as organizing yoga travels in Sweden and around the world.  I am teaching yoga full time as well as having workshops in the Wim Hof Method.

I started the Wim Hof Method to have a safe tool for developing my Cold Exposure that been an interest for many years. But it didn’t take long before I understood the method is about so much more. I was astonished of how many people who got helped by the method and also how effective the method was for a better understanding of the body & mind connection.

The method will not only make you more Happy, Healthy and Strong it will also help you grow as a human being by becoming closer to yourself, to others and to nature.
