I started practicing the method in 2015 as a result of looking at ways to improve my health and my wife's who had gone through a battle with cancer. I was blown away by how great it made me feel and I decided that I would like to become an Instructor so that I could pass on the method to others. In 2017 I went to Poland and had one of the best weeks of my life training to become an instructor which consisted of learning the science, breathing practice, jumping into the cold rivers and climbing Mount Sniezke in shorts. Thankfully I qualified as an Instructor.

Since then I have been teaching the method to various groups of all ages throughout Ireland and loving every moment of it.

I have found my passion.
