Mission
I am motivated to help people be the best version of themselves. We all have different values and backgrounds, but the common thread is we are all seeking purpose, community, and happiness. Practicing the Wim Hof Method has opened my eyes to the vastness of human potential, and I am determined to help others discover this within themselves.
Background
What brought me to the WHM was depression: I hated myself. I didn’t share this with anyone. I isolated myself and ruminated in my negative thoughts. The worst part was I didn’t even realize how bad of a place I was in. A friend told me about the WHM breathwork and out of desperation, I gave it a try. After a few tries, the breathwork brought me peace from my own thoughts. The cold exposure brought me energy and determination to grow. Shifting my mindset brought new perspective on my depression and mood. I knew there was something powerful here…
I tend to have a practical mindset; I have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. I dove deep into the science behind the Wim Hof Method and was astounded at what I found: statistically significant reductions in inflammation, measured reduction in anxiety, and clear indications of hormone balancing via dopamine and noradrenaline. It is unmistakable: the Wim Hof Method works.
Now, I look to help others benefit from the method. Conscious breathwork is vital for general health, mindfulness, and athletic performance. Cold exposure has helped countless people with coping with their anxieties, energy, and discipline. The combination of these two pillars, along with a mindset that stress can actually bring out the best in us, offers a series of tools that has the power to change lives.
