After earning success on the filmmaking industry producing the highest grossing movie in Venezuela's history, receiving nominations & an Emmy Award for Writing & Directing, I decided to research how to live a happier & healthier life. Practicing Yoga, meditation, healthy eating habits, breathwork & ice baths became part of my daily routines. It's been six years since that change and I haven't felt better in my life! My alergies, asthma, stomach problems, among other conditions are completely gone. And lot is due to the Wim Hof Method, it's philosophy & practices, which is the main reason for my passion & love with sharing it!
