WHO I AM
As a life-long student, I have always had an insatiable curiosity for learning and growth. My journey into the realms of fitness, mental health, holistic wellness, and spiritual development, is rooted in my personal journey to understand the depths of our own nature and the potential for who we can become.
In 2020, I proudly received a 350 hr certification as a traditional hot yoga instructor, delving deep into the transformative power of movement and mindfulness. I followed this by becoming a Wim Hof Method Certified instructor in 2023 to better understand the profound connection between breathwork, resilience, and overall well being. I most recently completed an additional 200hr training to lead intermediate level hatha yoga practices and have continued my journey by further studying traditional yoga and its supporting philosophy.
MY APPROACH
My passions lie at the intersection of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This is where I believe true wellness and happiness thrives. I believe in empowering individuals with practical tools, founded in science and ancient tradition, to cultivate peace, vitality, and recelisions. These tools combine movement, mindfulness, and other holistic practices. By fostering a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment, I aim to inspire others to embrace their journey towards lasting happiness with curiosity and self compassion.
I have led hundreds of students through experiences that integrate the teachings of the Wim Hof Method alongside various yoga lineages. In my workshops, you will gain the tools to experience benefits that go well beyond the physical realm. Through my years of practice and teaching, I have experienced the transformative power of cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, meditation, breathing, resilience, and an optimistic worldview on life both within myself and within the lives of my students. You were born with all of the tools needed to find lasting peace and joy within you, the secret is in remembering who and to simply be.

You will be provided take home resources, yoga mats, blankets and everything you need. My intention is to provide you everything you need so that you can focus fully on experiencing and integrating the workshop.
