Dr. Josephine Worseck

After six years of academic research (PhD & Postdoc at two Max-Planck-Institutes) and nearly four years in the biotech industry, I am still curious about the science behind health. I studied Naturopathy, became a Yoga Teacher & supervised a scientific study about the Wim Hof Method in 2016. Meeting Wim & researching the method inspired me to become an Instructor. Nowadays I work as Wim Hof Method Trainer, Speaker, Author and Yoga & Meditation Teacher. This gives me the chance to connect with people & to improve their quality of life! I LOVE IT!
