Veränderung hält uns Menschen gesund, lebendig und im Gleichgewicht. Doch oft sind wir im Alltag aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten. Viele von uns befinden sich im Alltag im Autopilot Modus. Unser Tagesablauf ist stark von äußeren Einflüssen geprägt. Oft lassen uns diese erschöpft, unausgeglichen oder überwältigt zurück.

Hi, ich bin Kathrin Eugen und freue mich, dass Du mich hier gefunden hast. Die Wim Hof Methode hat mein Leben so positiv verändert, dass ich sie mit Dir teilen möchte. Sie ist lebensbejahend, einfach und effektiv.

In meinem Workshop erlebst Du
● die Atmung – Unter fachkundiger Anleitung lernst Du die Wim Hof Methode Atemtechnik. Es ist die perfekte Gelegenheit Dein Nervensystem zu regulieren und Deinen Alltag hinter Dir zu lassen.
● das Mindset – Verstehe wie Du Deine Gedanken positiv beeinflussen kannst und nachhaltig eine starke, klare Denkweise entwickelst. Begegne Herausforderungen mit Leichtigkeit.
● die Kälte – Verlasse sicher und kontrolliert Deine Komfortzone. Du bist perfekt auf Dein Eisbad vorbereitet.
Neben den drei offiziellen Säulen - dem bewussten Atmen, gezieltem Fokus und dem Erleben der Kälte - gibt es noch eine vierte Säule. Es ist die Verbindung.
Die Verbindung zu Dir selbst, zur Gemeinschaft und zur Natur. Zusammen werden wir atmen, unsere Intentionen festlegen und ins Eis gehen.
