Keenan is a practitioner and instructor of qigong, martial arts, and the ‘Wim Hof method’. He has been exploring the world of martial arts and athletics sense the age of 6. Throughout the years, committed practice has brought self discovery. After many different endeavors he eventually came to the realization that movement itself is truly his passion. studied practices have ranged throughout Dance, competitive martial arts, organized team sports and even extreme sports. Through injury however, his interests shifted to the healing arts. His focus now resides in the practice of medical and martial Qigong. At a young age Keenan witnessed many friends loose their athletic potentials by not understanding proper care for their bodies. Thus, in pursuit of his own understanding of health and longevity, It has become a focal point for him to create accessible teachings that can be adopted by practitioners or athletes of any caliber. Keenan strives for himself to live a happy, strong, and healthy life, he is dedicated to help those who wish to do the same. Together, he believes we can reach our fullest physical, mental and spiritual potentials.
