In return, I recieve the great honor of witnessing folks discover the tools that allow them to walk in alignment with their best self. That is why I have dedicated my life to being the best version of myself, "walking the walk", and letting the results speak for themselves. Life has blessed me with contrasted experinces of 'massive failure' and significant success. Only through the alchemistry of integrating these lessons have I been able to step into the confidence to share my love and skills with those I work with.

I have based my work in encompassing the big three pillars of Mind, Body, Spirit. My private practice has been derived from the collaboration of all my crafts to create a flexable regiment of self development for each individual and their goals. I believe together we can reach our fullest physical, mental and spiritual potentials.
