Kelly Keene grew up in the small coastal town of Pismo Beach, CA almost directly in between Los Angeles and San Francisco. After studying business in Hawaii, in-depthly studying yoga, and traveling the world surfing, she rooted herself back in her hometown.

At age 24, Kelly opened a yoga studio, Harmony House Yoga, which has grown for over a decade into San Luis Obispo’s voted best studio.

She lives on a small farm with her husband and has found balance within it all through her various practices, breath work and cold exposure. She enjoys working hard, learning, and teaching.
