Found the method after the sudden passing of my wife in 2018. It has harnassed strength and resilience. Love sharing and teaching
Instructor Level
I've had a family history of serious mental illnesses which has driven me to find a better way to treat mental health outside of western pharmaceutical interventions. That was tested when I suddenly lost my wife and mother of our 23 month old son in early 2018. I became an expert in grief, consuming and participating in anything I could, including; Books, clubs, groups, therapy, counseling, yoga, etc. I found nature and breathwork to be helpful. But once I found Wim it was a true game changer. It was harnassing the breath and nature in a way that was efficient and powerful. And with my limited time it fit into my life much better than everything else I was trying. I'm so honored and thankful for the method and I feel I'm a born teacher and I love sharing it!
