-My name is Koen and I've became a Wim Hof Method instructor in 2023. Next to this Im a musician and the father of 3 kids. 

For a couple of years I take plunges in the cold river during winter. Just to confront myself, but also for the feeling afterwards, it feels SO GOOD! Ive started to read about Wim and his adventures and I love the concept of his method. It really helped me to get my life together for the last years and to stay connected with myself. The combination of the cold, the breathing and the mindset is golden; I highly recommand this to everybody!
