I am a classroom teacher, and I've always been passionate about the lessons we can learn both in and outside the classroom. I care deeply for those around me, and my mission is to help everyone achieve their maximum potential. This can be done through stepping into the uncomfortable and growing together. With a sense of community and connection we can change and instil a mindset that anything is possible. After my first week with Wim this was the powerful feeling which inspired me and brought me to this next chapter as an instructor.

I'm never shy from personal and physical challenges, I understand what it takes to push the human body to its limits. As a triathlete, triathlon coach, ski instructor, Ironman finisher, sports enthusiast and classroom teacher, I use my past experiences and education to help my participants and clients achieve their personal bests. Through the use of the Wim Hof Method; we can optimise our happiness, strength and health together.
