Greetings everyone!

My name is Lea and I´m the current National Ice-bath Champion in Iceland - The Land of Fire & Ice.
I have managed to turn my biggest enemy, the cold, into my best friend while on my road to recovery.

Cold therapy whilst using the Wim Hof Method has helped me tremendously with dealing with my health issues, including Fibromyalgia, and has enabled me to get off all pain-/fibromyalgia medications.
No medication in past few years had ever helped me as much as the cold does, so my mission as a WHM Instructor is to spread the word - the love - the knowledge, in hopes to help others better their lives.
