My name is Leon and became a WHM instructor in the winter of 2018 /2019. And just as a lot of people, i was afraid of the cold. This fear kept me away a long time to do this. Sounds familiar to you? 

As Wim always say's: feeling is understanding. That sounds very easy, but as many people i was so far away from real feelings that it seemed to be impossible for me. 

But once I learned to accept and embrace the method it slowly started to change me and made me wanting to know everything about it.

I combine it with my faith and love for outdoor sports. It surprised me the method has so much in common with real believe. Things like love, acceptation, embracement, forgiving yourself and others are real pillars of the method, that brings us together and back in the moment, as we are meant to be.
