If the Method has taught me nothing else, it’s that all the power is already within.  A nice platitude in theory, but the reality comes front and center when confronted with the cold or experiencing an intense breathwork session.  We already have “it”.  Let’s tap into that together.  After all, community is the only way we’re going to change the world!

My path started with traditional indigenous plant medicine and evolved to include all the joyous medicines life on this planet provides.  Music, movement, meditation…food!  We’ll explore the entire spectrum and I hope you’ll leave with a renewed sense of self and a wholehearted belief in the power that you already possess.
