How I Became a Wim Hof Instructor
In a quite unpredictable stroke of luck, I met Wim Hof in Los Angeles back in 2015.
As the Hollywood correspondent for Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, The Daily Mail Online and Vogue Magazines - I was assigned to write a piece on this fellow named - The Iceman - back then still not as worldwide popular as he is today.
Once I got to meet him, of course, I was instantly hooked. After years of interviewing all major Hollywood celebrities, here I was, standing in front of what I still consider a ´real´ celebrity, someone who´s deepest intention is to spread Love Consciousness in a decaying planet earth. A few months later, I followed him in my first extreme expedition to the Pyrenees in Spain, then over the years in advanced and master courses in Los Angeles and Poland, eventually becoming a certified and advanced instructor, after years of intense practice, study and trainings.
To me The Wim Hof Method is a powerful antidote to fear. It taps directly into our mitochondria, the energy centers of our cells, and in doing so, it can be seen as a vehicle for accessing the portals of health, strength and happiness in our lives.
My Backround as a Teacher
I have been gravitating in the self-realization field for over twenty years. My certifications and intensive trainings include:

- Certified teacher of mindfulness meditation through UCLA and The Semel Institute of Neuroscience in Los Angeles.
- Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation at Pisa University, Italy.
- Pisa University researcher in the fields of breathwork, transcendental sound and contemplative practices.
Yoga:
Certified teacher of yoga and movement, after teacher trainings and intense studies with the main Indian and Western yoga masters of our time, between the far west - Los Angeles and the far East - India - including:
- Dharma Mittra, Acharya Dakaram Sapkota, Lino Miele, Denny Paradise, Brian Kest, Saul David Raye, Yogrish Vishevektu, Tej Kaur Khalsa, Guru Sing Yogi, Shiva Rea, Govindas and Krishna Das.
- I teach an integral yoga and movement practice, bringing together the rivers of Anusara, Kundalini, Restorative yoga, Bhakti Yoga, The Shaolin Arts, Chi Gong and ecstatic dance.
Pranayama:
For over twenty years, I have been studying intensively the science of breath control with renowned international teachers such as Lino Miele, Yogrish Vishevektu, Acharya Dakaram Sapkota, Danny Paradise, and of course, with Wim.
Kirtan:
In Los Angeles and India, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Bhakti Yoga, or the Path of Devotion. After attending my first Kirtan concert in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, back in 2012, I got instantly turned on by the power of ecstatic chanting and the practice of singing mantra. Soon or later I learned to play the harmonium, a spiritual Indian instrument that I carry with me wherever I go, no matter how heavy it is. Today, with the intent of spreading love consciousness, I lead Kirtan circles and chant mantras in the Bhakti Yoga, Indu and Kundalini traditions. Mantra is seen as an access code to higher spiritual realms - a science-proof tool - able to syncornize cardio-respiratory vibrations, topped with the pacifying of the Vagus nerve.
