For me Wim Hof Method is about bringing out all these qualities that make me a human being. It helps me to connect to the core of my being. Not human-doing, but human-being. It was the missing link for me to understand that my body is my temple, my vehcile and it needs to be taken care of.

Being a music therapist I enjoy connecting with people without words. I like to connect with feelings, expressions, looking into the eyes, just being there for the person and embracing the presence. It's kind of the same as connecting with nature. The trees don't tell you words. The rivers don't give you guidelines. All they „do“ is being there for you and you will get the answers from inside.

My job is to hold space - so you can find your own answers from within.
