Hi, I’m Maki, a Japanese native currently based in Sweden. Living in the Nordic region with its long, dark winters led me to discover the Wim Hof Method as a way to embrace the cold, build resilience, and maintain a lifestyle that is healthy, happy, and strong.
With a diverse background spanning corporate and startup environments, I bring a unique perspective to my workshops, combining structured discipline with a sense of play and discovery. My passion lies in guiding individuals on their journeys to overcome challenges, find inner strength, and embrace new possibilities. I am particularly dedicated to empowering women to step into their full potential.

こんにちは!スウェーデン在住の日本人Wim Hof Method(ヴィム・ホフ・メソッド)公認インストラクターのMakiKoです。
マッサージ、ヨガ、サウナ、瞑想、あらゆるメソッドを試しましたが、あと一歩のところで体調が改善されなかった私は、究極のととのいを求めてヴィム・ホフ・メソッドに出会いました。このメソッドにより、様々な健康不具合が改善され、プレゼンの緊張がなくなり、集中力が高まり、毎日の幸福感が増し、メンタル面も強化されるなど、ウェルビーイングが向上しました。
しかしながら、この健康法はかなり過激です。以前の私のように都会で会社員生活をしていた方が、最初から自己流で行うことは大変危険で、修験道で使われる神聖な滝への無謀な立ち入りや、海・河川への無謀な入水なども絶対に避けるべきです。
また、「私の体質に合っているのか不安」「1人だとうまく呼吸を深められない」「氷風呂って入らないとダメなの?」「閉経前の女性への影響は?」など、不安に感じることがあるかもしれません。
