Warm welcome to my page. I am Marc, a 43 year young nature loving and adventure seeking full-time dad with a passion for health and all things love (and ice of course!)

I discovered the cold in 2020 before I was introduced to the world of Wim. I experienced the power of cold showers, however I didn't understand what was happening or why it made me feel the way it did, let alone how to harness it. It was during Christmas 2021 when things changed as I received Wim's book as a gift. I was hooked after the first page. Wim spoke to me on a deep level and by the end of the book, I knew that this was the start of a new path for me.

And the rest as they say, is history! Or not quite... it was only the beginning of what became the most beautiful and life changing journey for me. Thanks to this epic method, my life has turned around. I have discovered more about myself than I ever knew existed, learning to lean into my fears as I continue to grow. I connected with my inner power and now find myself in a stronger mental space than ever before.

My mission? To share this love and energy with the world! I feel I have always been able to see potental and strength in others, however I never knew how to harness this gift and help others find it within themselves, until now.
