Mark has been a whm (wim hof method) practitioner since 2016 and was one of the first international instructors from Scotland to train with wim in 2017 and become an instructor in the November. After having issues with pain in the wrists and shoulders (carpel tunnel syndrome) and chest (tietze syndrome)and only being offered medication to help by the health services provided the Whm was one of the practices that really helped and quickly became a daily practice. Having a physically active job this practice really changed the game for mark helping him recover very quickly and he now has no issues regarding his body which inspired him to share this powerful method with others it enhanced his thinking and his creative work as a chainsaw artist.
