I woke up one day and found myself having no idea who I was.

Scary?

No. It was liberating. It led me to seek a deeper understanding of life. Naturally, I came across Wim. Sure, his world records and personal feats drew me in, but it was his absolute love for life and can-do attitude that kept me here. 

What I have come to understand is that we limit ourselves greatly and fall victim to the "norm". I have let go of the need to know who I am, because it is ever evolving. By doing so, and going deep within myself I finally started truly experiencing life. 

I used to continually hope for better days and I had debilitating inflammatory pain caused by gout. I am also professional firefighter, so I am no stranger to stress. Since including the Wim Hof Method in my daily life, I am free from gout, no more wishing for better days, and I have found a real tool for dealing with stress. Not to mention, I have astonished health care practitioners with my speedy recovery from an achilles tendon rupture.

I am passionate about sharing this method with the world because I have experienced what it has done for me in my life, and we all should have that privilege.
