Working in hospitality for 20 years, I dedicated my life to managing a pub, an environment filled with long hours, high stress, alcohol, and unhealthy routines. Eventually, it all took a toll on my body and mind. Determined to take back control of my life, I stepped away from old habits and set out on a journey to rediscover my health, strength, and sense of purpose.
This journey led me to climb Mera Peak, a Himalayan challenge where bitter cold and thin air tested every ounce of my physical endurance and mental strength. While other climbers turned back in the face of severe cold, I was the only one to reach the summit. The Wim Hof Method, breathwork, cold exposure, and focused mindset, empowered me to succeed. In that moment, I truly understood the power of the method.
Today, as a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, I am committed to helping others tap into their innate strength and vitality. My work is guided by the core values of happiness, health, and personal growth. Wim’s simple yet profound idea, “feeling is understanding,” inspires every session I lead. By tapping into your natural abilities, pushing beyond perceived limits, and embracing the connection between body, mind, spirit, and nature, you can uncover reserves of strength you never knew you had.
Whether in a workshop or a 1-on-1 session, I strive to create an environment where you can reconnect with yourself, build deeper relationships with others, and truly appreciate the natural world around you. I believe that anyone can rise above old patterns, unlock their inner life force, and realise just how strong they truly are.
As Wim says, “Love is the greatest power of the universe.” It’s a principle I live by and the guiding force behind my mission to help you become Healthy, Strong, and Happy!
All the Love! All the Power!
