Having spent my life in Cybersecurity R&D, I’ve applied an engineer’s mindset to the Wim Hof Method, which has, in turn, taught me that feeling is believing. I’ve always appreciated the method’s use of science and data to explain the how and why behind unlocking human potential. Expect an engaging experience as we explore the science, mind, spirit, and, ultimately, the feeling that defines the Wim Hof Method.
