Hi, my name is Michaela Davidovičová. I live in Bratislava, Slovakia. I have daughter  Linda, who is currently homeschooled. We learn, improve and get to known the world together. Wim Hof Method is very important on our adventurous life journey.

We were together on WHM foundamentals workshop with a Slovak instructor Martin Thám in May 2017. We didn't want to go, originally, but we won the workshop so we decided to try it in the end.

From this moment, we started to use the method in our every day life. And what a change it has brought us! We have combined the method with learning other things. We often travel and practice the breathing, cold exposure and meditation on beautiful places in nature all around the country. We swim in rivers, lakes and streams, walk in forests and mountains and learn whatever we can. We experience very interesting things and meet many people every day.

I´ve been a beautician since 2005. I graduated from this profession from high school and started working right away. I do also massage therapy and people have come to me to for years to relax and enjoy a bit of rest. 

I have experienced a lot of difficult and hard situations in my life which have strengthened me. I have gained a lot of valuable experience in various areas of my life. During this time, I was searching and looking for myself, trying to live more in harmony with Nature and trying to become a better person every day.

Wim Hof Method has helped me to improve all aspects of my life.Everything I work on is easier,easier to learn, to accept changes,to gain more and more new skills, to have a better communication with my body, to feel healthy and ALIVE.

Because I consider these changes to be key in our lives, I felt that I need to spread this method and for this reason I became a certified instructor.

I believe in Wim Hof Method with my whole heart.
I live it every moment and I will share it with you, if you let me. I will inspire you and guide you through discovering this amazing method and i will help you to incorporate it into your life.
