My story is every man's story. For the last 20 years, I was chasing my life goals with a great focus on my career. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, I forgot to look after myself. A leadership role in Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing can be stressful. A lot. Chronic stress equals chronic inflammation. Next thing, I was diagnosed with arthritis at the age of 36... Physiotherapy and steroid injections weren’t fun after some time, so I started looking for alternatives - and cold plunges showed up on my browser screen.

One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I was inhaling deeply, listening to Wim’s voice through the WHM app on my phone. It’s been a few years now since I introduced the WHM into my daily routine - a tool that helps me manage pain and regain my mobility. I also tackled the source of my disease as I learned how to deal with stress.

I graduated from the WHM Academy in November 2024. I combine my expertise in the Wim Hof Method with my leadership skills to create a supportive environment for participants of all levels. My workshops and private sessions are tailored to empower individuals to tap into their innate strength, improve their health, and discover a profound sense of inner peace using the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method.
