Hi! I'm Michelle, a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, accredited coach and former HR Director, offering workshops and courses in East Kent. 

Having experienced burnout, I know what a devastating effect it can have on your mental and physical health, relationships, finances and more. We live in such a fast paced and complex world, that it can often feel a struggle to keep up. This quest to keep up leaves us constantly switched on, burning our bodies and minds in a way that nature never intended. 

Stress is a fact of life, but it's how you deal with it that matters. 

It's time to become happier, healthier, mentally and physically stronger AND be the best version of you!

Finding the Wim Hof Method was a complete game changer for me.

During a very difficult period of my life, and when my existing self care habits stopped being effective, the Wim Hof Method allowed me to settle my nervous system and regain control over my health and wellbeing. 

It has pushed my comfort zone, strengthened my mental, physical and spiritual health and giving me a renewed sense of adventure! It is a fantastic way to become happier, healthier and stronger.
