Hi, my name is Michelle and thank you for visiting my page. I am very proud to be here, representing the Wim Hof Method among so many amazing instructors around the world. I am on my journey too, and the method has been such a huge help to me in my personal growth that I felt compelled to share it with everyone who wants to learn with me. 

I am a Lead Teacher at the Wim Hof Method Academy, where I train people from all around the world to become certified instructors. I also sit on the panel for European instructors and have served as a supervisor at Wim's Travels.

I have been teaching all of my adult life, from English as a foreign language, scuba diving, yoga & meditation and now this. I love to teach, it is what I was born to do. I am passionate about finding ways we can empower ourselves to become autonomous in our own health and vitality. I love being out in nature and believe it to be our true source of power in connecting deeply with ourselves - we are nature. 10 years ago I NEVER thought I would have said this, but: I love the cold. It has been my great teacher and continues to teach me about myself every day. 

Being on this Wim Hof Method journey has been the greatest adventure. I get to meet amazing people, Wim Hof himself being the most righteous and inspiring of them all, and be a part of something incredible – a wellness practice backed by science. A healing practice that is easy to do at home, and once learned: free ! Breathing exercises that calm the mind but energise the body and cold exposure that invigorates the soul  (no shortage of cold here in Ireland) It is truly accessible and inclusive.

I run a retreat centre on the beautiful West coast of Ireland where I live with my family of 3 boys, 2 dogs and 1 cat and it is from here that I run workshops, retreats and classes. I hope to see you at one of my events. You are most welcome.
