The origins of my story is dark. As a man with a big heart the modern world was difficult to navigate. For years I could not find a space to share how I felt in a healthy way. I was at a low point when I discovered how my breath could change how I showed up. I could shift from a stressed state to a peaceful state very easily when needed.
