In 2015, I graduated as a software engineer and started working in a big company in La Cote D'Azur in France. Although everything was kind of working out for me, my life felt and was literally suffocating.
I had an extremely unhealthy lifestyle that led to a spine problem and difficulty breathing as I developped Nasal Polyposis. I couldn't move without back pain, and I couldn't breath without Sinusitis pain.
I was depressed and let my doctors decide for me every step of my healing ... In 2016, I had a bag of drugs that I needed to take with me wherever I go. I was only 22 Years old.
One day, after I had a back MRI and found out about my bulged discs, I asked my doctor if I could heal them, and he replied that I would have to get used to it. And that point I realised, I am alone in this, and that things had to change.
I had already read about the WHM, but at that point I’ve always found an excuse to not give it a try (Wim was too weird for me was one of them). However, I started changing my bad habits, introduced some movement practises like yoga to my life, and moving my spine was a daily thing, the snake awakened
It helped, but few months later, my Nasal Polyposis was so bad, that I had to breath into a cortisol breathing mask every morning for few weeks, and more drugs that I would need to carry with me for the rest of my life.
Wim shows up in my feed in that period, and I jumped in.
In few weeks, it changed every aspect of my life. It didn’t only rescue me from pain but it opened doors that I never thought existed. How can breathing have such impact on us ?
One other door that was opened is the power of our mind in shaping our life. That subject was so appealing. I spent the next 3 years studying Meditation, Trance, Hypnosis and Alchemy, the art of transformation.
In 2019, I graduated from a Hypnosis school, decided to end my engineering career and went to Morocco to open my Holistic therapy center, which now in 2022 proposes Wim Hof Method workshops.
I believe, the Wim Hof method is one of the most sophisticated human technologies to this day that help people build a bridge to their Subconscious. And by doing so, heal their bodies, sharpen their mind and connect to their deep self.
