Paul specialises in helping aspiring and elite sports people reach their full potential and overcome performance blocks. He treats sports people and members of the general public who present with anxiety, depression, phobias and other potential limiting conditions.

A two-time European Champion and five-time British  Champion, he leverages more than 15 years' experience in elite sport to help others tap into their inner potential and find their "why".

Trained in the latest rapid transformation techniques, and with natural authenticity and empathy, Paul helps get to the root of any problems quickly. He helps people in all walks of life become unstuck, find peace and move forward more freely with their goals.

Paul passes on his knowledge to sports clubs and teams through customised mental performance training sessions, and carries out assessments of sports teams starting point with regard to high performance, providing recommendations on how to achieve long lasting success.

As well as having multiple credentials in his own sport and being the current British Freestyle Jet Ski 800cc Champion, Paul has a Diploma in Professional Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

He is a clinical hypnotherapist, a hypnoanalyst, a sports psychology expert and a Master Practitioner in mainstream and sports NLP. Paul also has an MSc in Communication.  He is experienced in EFT (tapping) and matrix re-imprinting, and most recently qualified as a Wim Hof instructor which has transformed his life.

Paul is based out of Bracknell, and also treats clients by video conference and on the road by appointment.
