Who am I ?
As well as being a WHM instructor I am also an accredited Transformative Life Coach, a Surf Life Saving Coach and founder of Saltcircle and Saltpath Coaching Clinic. I have a heartfelt passion for supporting people to overcome their limiting beliefs and become who they truely want to be. During my classes, I draw from all four of these modalities to give you the best possible experience of the Wim Hof Method.
How did I get here?
I met the Wim Hof Method in 2017 after suffering a nervous breakdown induced by the stress of owning a succesful retail company. I used this brilliant method as a way of helping to recalibrate my nervous system and learnt how to overide it when needed...i still take weekly Ice baths and daily breathe's as part of my wellbeing routine.
I run 4 week Just Breath programs here in Brighton in the iconic Saltdean Lido for those wishing to ingrain the WHM into a regular practice. I'm also available for private one to one classes or private group sessions. These are for those who prefer their privacy or for those to whom confidentiality is important.
I also run seasonal Wim Hof Fundamentls Workshops in fabulous back to nature off grid spa's in Sussex during summer and autunm and here on beach locations during winter and spring. No screens, no tech just pure uthentic connection.
