Hi, I'm Polis, a certified Wim Hof Method L1 Trainer. I'm also a Reiki Master and I hold a Diploma in Psychology for High Perfromance Teams.
I also run my own Social Media Marketing agency since 208 and I hold a Masters in Business Administration.
I train and coach people since 2012 as a certified trainer. My main area of focus (apart from Marketing) is the connection between the Spiritual, the Mental and the Physical apsect to help people become a better version of themselves so they can achieve their goals.
