The Wim Hof Method (WHM) has given me a deeper ability to be in control whilst also enhancing stress management and performance in my everyday life. I have been able to optimise my health, build mental resilience, grow personal relationships, re-connect with nature and turbocharge my career progress. 

My personal journey of mental and physical improvement has taken me to naturopathy, mitochondrial health analysis, heart rate variability testing, blood testing, meditation techniques, life coaches, acupuncture, cryotherapy, swimming, calisthenics and HIIT training. The effectiveness of all these outlets and techniques have been strengthened by using the WHM as my underlying daily practice.

The WHM uses 3 pillars (Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Mindset/Commitment) to powerfully combine and utilize oxygen and water/cold to optimize body & mind and influence physiology & biochemistry. 

The effects and applicability of this method are being continually investigated by various scientific institutes, including the Radboud University in the Netherlands. Published results have shown that the method affects the autonomic nervous system and the immune system. The application of the WHM now plays particular importance in the fields of public health, sports and at many other levels.
