My mission is to empower those working in high stress environments to tap into their innate restorative power and learn to thrive.
After years of chronic stress and the crushing demands of a high stress job, I was headed for a crash. Sacrifing my body to get the job done had left me on the precipice of physical, emotional, and mental collapse. Then I found the Wim Hof Method, and discovered the power of my mind and body. Our bodies have innate abilities lying dormant that we can tap to reduce, control, and process stress, while healing our bodies and minds. I want to help you learn how to control stress, optimize performance, increase focus, sleep better, find balance, and be the best version of yourself you can be.
I am an attorney and Healthcare specialist. I publish and speak regularly throughout the United States on topics related to healthcare and the law. My work on childhood obesity and the law has been published internationally in books and scientific literature.
