Reed has devoted over 25 years to studying, practicing and teaching meditation techniques, breathwork, movement, health optimization and cultivation of elevated states of consciousness. In 2023 he founded the Human Aeon wellness sanctuary in along Beach, CA. He also teaches capoeira, is a level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, and avid meditator. He blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques, offering powerful tools for regeneration and well-being.
In 2016 Reed discovered Wim Hof Method and decided to practice it because it is an ancient practice that has gone through the rigors of modern science.
In 2018 Reed enrolled in the Wim Hof Academy so that he can share the method with his community. After studying directly with Wim Hof and his academy, Reed received his Level 1 Instructor Certification from the Wim Hof Academy. In April, 2020 he received his Level 2 Intructor Certificiantion. In Reed’s workshops you can expect to hear about the science behind the Wim Hof Method in a casual lecture format. He emphasizes the use of Wim Hof’s third-eye meditation after the WHM breathing rounds in his workshops and strongly encourages people to remember to take time to meditate in their daily practice.

Reed currently offers Fundamentals and Advanced Wim Hof Method workshops, classes and workshops around four types of breathing techniques, capoeira, meditation and techniques for the elevation of consciousness at his wellness sanctuary, Human Aeon, in Long Beach, CA.
