I was born and raised in a small town in Michigan where I loved to explore the world around me through all four seasons. The cold was an early teacher for me and one that I always felt a strong connection to. It's no surprise that the WHM has become an invaluable tool for me as I continue to find growth and expansion. In 2012 I made the decison to move to Southern California and I am very happy to call this place my home. In addition to being a Certified Wim Hof Instructor, I am also a professional Hiking Guide and Certified ANFT Nature Therapy Guide. My passion is creating experiences for people that empower them and bring them joy in their everyday lives and relationships.
