After studying the method. I found the love for the ice as the ice is a great teacher. Mother water in all temperatures has taught me from hot to cold. But until venturing into the cold ice and entering deeply into my self. I have transformed mentally and physically from childhood traumas to physical injuries. I have been able to heal emotionally and physically reducing pain and inflammation. I invite you to share this adventure and healing process with me.
