I became a WHM Instructor because this method changed my mindset and that changed my life. I want to spread Wim's word to help the world heal and return to the frequency of love. Through breathwork, gradual cold exposure and the correct mindset I will help people regain control of their body and mind, their experience in life.

I am a certified slackline instructor and a golf TPI (Titlest Performance Institute) instructor. Been practicing mindufll excercises such as Yoga and Qi Gong for the past 8 years.
